So after much debate I am going to seal the deal on a bike. Was looking at CB350’s cause I love them, but realized I am going to want something with more power down the line, especially for freeway use. Met up with mutual friend / mechanic today about his bikes he has currently. He has both a CB550 and 750 that have been built from the ground up; completely worked over to the very last bolt. The 550 pictured here is what I am going to get, still needs the tank, seat, headlamp, speedo, and brakes connected, but it is a beauty, and I even get to choose what tank I want and color. Was tempted to get the 750, because it is 95% complete and jesus it runs like a fucking champ.. but they are a bit heavier and bulkier for my taste. I’m gonna make the down payment tomorrow for him to finish the bike within a week.
